Terrible customer service. I originally paid $414. While looking for voucher information, the system canceled my seats without a clear confirmation and only refunded $380 as a voucher. When I repurchased, the tickets had dropped to about $260, yet I couldn't use my full voucher AND had to pay another $26! When I contacted support with the correct purchase reference, they responded about an event I attended over 4 YEARS AGO. Completely unacceptable.

When purchasing tickets through,I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent

I've been using them for a couple of years. They do have really cool shows available through them, but have absolutely horrible customer service. Don't buy tickets for anything that you aren't willing to lose money on. I've had one show cancelled last minute with no refund, but got a credit that was substantially lower than the ticket prices. Another show I tried to reschedule because I was sick, and was told I needed to know I was sick 48hrs in advance to reschedule.
